Soft toys may be washed when suitable. Always check the care label and remove batteries, electronic parts or other items that cannot be washed.
Yes. Mud & Suds Laundromat Clifton is a self-service laundromat. Instructions are displayed on the washers, dryers and payment system.
Check care labels, empty all pockets, remove nails and sharp objects, shake off excess dirt and do not overload the machine. Items contaminated with oil, fuel, chemicals or other hazardous substances must not be placed in the machines.

Terms & Conditions
Mud & Suds Laundromat Clifton Terms & Conditions apply to the use of Mud & Suds Laundromat Clifton, located at 55 King Street, Clifton QLD 4361.
By using our laundromat, washing machines, dryers, vending machines, payment system or other facilities, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Self-Service Laundromat
Mud & Suds Laundromat Clifton is a self-service facility. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct machine, cycle, temperature and settings for their items.
2. Care Labels
Customers must check all care labels and manufacturer instructions before washing or drying. Mud & Suds is not responsible for shrinkage, colour loss, damage, staining or deterioration caused by incorrect washing or drying.
3. Personal Belongings
Customers must empty all pockets and remove coins, keys, pens, nails, screws, sharp objects and other belongings before using a machine.
4. Prohibited Items
Items contaminated with petrol, fuel, oil, chemicals, solvents, paint, pesticides or other flammable or hazardous substances must not be placed in any washer or dryer.
5. Pet Bedding and Horse Rugs
Pet bedding, pet blankets and suitable horse rugs must only be washed in the dedicated pet machine. Excess hair, dirt, grass and mud must be removed before the item is placed in the machine.
6. Machine Capacity
Machines must not be overloaded. Customers are responsible for choosing a machine large enough for their load.
7. Unattended Laundry
Laundry is left unattended at the customer's own risk. Mud & Suds is not responsible for lost, stolen, removed or damaged items.
8. Removal of Completed Loads
Customers should return before their cycle finishes and remove their laundry promptly so that machines remain available for other customers.
9. Machine Faults
If a machine appears faulty, stop using it and contact Mud & Suds through our Facebook page. Do not attempt to open, repair or interfere with any machine.
10. Children and Supervision
Children must be supervised at all times. Sitting, climbing or playing on machines, benches or laundry equipment is not permitted.
11. Cleanliness and Conduct
Customers must leave the laundromat clean and tidy, place rubbish in the bins provided and behave respectfully toward other customers and the property.
12. Damage
Customers may be responsible for damage caused by misuse, prohibited items, overloading, deliberate conduct or failure to follow displayed instructions.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Mud & Suds is not responsible for loss or damage caused by customer error, unsuitable items, incorrect settings, unattended laundry or failure to follow instructions.
